CrossLingo is a translation app for text, voice, camera, and image translation on iPhone. This page provides support information for Version 1.3 and CrossLingo Plus.

Common Help Topics

• Voice translation: Make sure Microphone and Speech Recognition permissions are enabled for CrossLingo in the iOS Settings app.
• Siri and Dictation message: If iOS reports that Siri and Dictation are disabled, enable Dictation and Siri in system settings and check Screen Time restrictions.
• Translation availability: Some language pairs may require Apple translation support or language downloads on the device. Try another language pair or follow the in-app download prompt.
• Camera translation: Make sure Camera access is enabled. Photo Library access is only needed when you choose an image from the system photo picker.
• CrossLingo Plus: Subscriptions are purchased through Apple In-App Purchase. Use Restore in the subscription screen if you already subscribed with the same Apple ID.
• Canceling a subscription: Manage or cancel CrossLingo Plus from your Apple ID subscription settings. Deleting the App does not cancel an active subscription.
