App: Cozypop Trails — Candy Trail Puzzle  ·  Effective: June 2, 2026  ·  Last updated: July 9, 2026

1. Introduction

This Privacy Policy explains how Omnigame (“we”, “us”, “our”), the developer of Cozypop Trails (the “App”), handles information when you use the App. We have designed Cozypop Trails to collect as little data as possible. We do not require an account, we do not ask for your name, email, phone number, or precise location, and we do not show third-party advertising or sell your data. By using the App, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please discontinue use of the App.

2. Scope

This Policy applies to the Cozypop Trails mobile application on Apple iOS. It does not apply to third-party services, websites, or platforms (such as the Apple App Store or Google’s services) that have their own privacy policies.

3. Information We Collect and How We Use It

3.1 Information you provide

None. Cozypop Trails has no sign-up, login, or account, and no forms, messaging, or user-generated content. We do not knowingly receive directly identifying personal information from you.

3.2 Game progress and settings (stored only on your device)

Your level progress, current level, lives/“hearts” status, daily-challenge completion and streak, sound/haptics preferences, and your analytics opt-out choice are stored locally on your device. This information is not transmitted to us and is removed when you delete the App.

3.3 Analytics data (Google Firebase Analytics)

To understand how players experience the game and to improve difficulty balancing, we collect anonymous, aggregated usage and gameplay events via Google Firebase Analytics, including:

This data is not linked to your identity and is not used to track you across other companies’ apps or websites.

3.4 Crash and performance data (Google Firebase Crashlytics)

To detect and fix bugs, we collect crash and diagnostic information via Google Firebase Crashlytics, including crash logs, app version, device model and OS version, and device state at the time of a crash. This is used solely to keep the App stable.

3.5 Identifiers and tracking

We use the pseudonymous Firebase app instance ID described above. We do not use the Advertising Identifier (IDFA), and the App does not request App Tracking Transparency permission, because we do not track you across other companies’ apps or websites and do not use your data for advertising. Because we do not track you across third-party websites or services, the App does not respond to browser “Do Not Track” (DNT) signals; no uniform standard for DNT has been adopted.

3.6 Advertising and purchases

The App currently contains no third-party advertising and no in-app purchases. If this changes in a future version, we will update this Policy and, where required, request your consent before introducing such features.

3.7 How we use the information

We use the information only to operate and maintain the App; understand and improve gameplay, difficulty, and player experience; diagnose and fix crashes; and monitor aggregate, anonymous usage trends. We do not sell it.

4. Third-Party Services

We rely on Google Firebase (provided by Google LLC) for analytics and crash reporting. When the App sends analytics or crash data, that data is processed by Google as our service provider. Google’s handling of data is governed by:

The Apple App Store and your device operating system are operated by Apple and subject to Apple’s own privacy policy.

5. How We May Disclose Your Information

We do not sell your information and do not share it with third parties for their own marketing. We may disclose information only: to service providers (such as Google Firebase) that process it for us; to comply with applicable law, legal process, or enforceable governmental requests; to protect the rights, property, or safety of our users, the public, or us; or in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, in which case we will require the recipient to honor this Policy.

6. International Data Transfer

We and our service provider (Google) may store and process data on servers located in countries other than your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers are made under appropriate safeguards (for example, the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses).

7. Your Choices and Opt-Out

8. Your Rights

EEA/UK (GDPR): rights to access, rectify, erase, restrict or object to processing, and to data portability. Our legal basis for processing limited, pseudonymous analytics and crash data is our legitimate interest in operating and improving the App; you may object via the opt-out above. Omnigame is the data controller for this processing. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with your local supervisory authority — in the EEA, your national data protection authority; in the UK, the Information Commissioner’s Office (ICO); in Switzerland, the FDPIC.

California (CCPA/CPRA): rights to know, delete, and correct, and to opt out of “sale” or “sharing.” We do not sell or share your personal information as those terms are defined under California law.

Because we do not collect directly identifying information or maintain accounts, we may be unable to associate collected analytics data with a specific individual, which can limit our ability to act on a request. To exercise any right, contact us (Section 12).

9. Data Retention

Locally stored progress and settings remain on your device until you delete the App. Analytics and crash data are retained by Google Firebase for the periods configured for our project (Firebase Analytics event-level data per our configured retention setting; Crashlytics crash data on a rolling basis, typically around 90 days), after which it is deleted or aggregated.

10. Security

We use Google’s industry-standard infrastructure and take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the data. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

11. Children’s Privacy

Cozypop Trails is a general-audience puzzle game and is not directed to children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your jurisdiction). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps to delete it.

13. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and post the new version at this URL. Your continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised Policy.
